Is this service free ? How can it be free?
Although we also provide premium accounts, our free accounts are 100% FREE! They are supported by advertisements.
Do you sell or give my information to any outside companies?
No we do not and will not ever sell or share your information with any outside company.
What is the maximum size file i can upload?
You can currently upload up to 200kb per image for free members and 1mb for paying members. This may be increased in the future.
Will the images i uploaded ever be deleted?
The only times images may be deleted is if a member doesn't log into their account for more than 30 days (Paying members will not be subject to this 30 day policy) or if the image violates our TOS.
Do you host adult images?
Digitalupload.com does not host adult images. If your account is found to have adult images present, your whole account will be deleted.

Once you log into your account, click on the "Support Area" link in the top menu, then click on the "FAQ Knowledge Base" icon.
